The University of Wisconsin-Madison chancellor has refused a demand by student government that a plaque be put near a campus statue of Abraham Lincoln detailing the massacres of Native Americans in 1862. The snowflakes are angry about the December 1862 execution of Indians convicted of murder and rape by military tribunals. Those who were convicted but not executed were moved to Camp McClellan in Davenport, where they were locked up for about four years.
