The Hyde Amendment says the federal government cannot pay for abortions. Joe Biden used to support it. He said it was because of his Roman Catholic faith.
Last night he did a 180 degree turn. He now thinks the federal taxpayer should pay for abortion services.
Those who support Mr. Biden must ask if he really believes in anything.
