A police chase in Davenport ended with two men behind bars.
Davenport Police were called to 27th and Harrison Street around 2 a.m. for a shots fired call. Officers saw a vehicle drive off with no headlines on and they tried to stop it. That is when the chase began.
It ended at 14th and Brown when the suspect's vehicle hit a curb. Three people got out and ran. Police were able to catch up with two of the suspects, both men, after a short foot chase. Officers also found one firearm.
At the scene of the shooting, officers found several shell casings and damage to a garage door. No one was hurt.
The investigation continues.
