A 37 year old Burlington man is facing charges of sexually assaulting a woman at gunpoint.
Steven A. Mauck is charged with felony sexual abuse and police say more charges are pending.
Mauck is accused of assaulting a woman, both physically and sexually, at her home on north 8th Street Tuesday night.Police say he gained entrance "through the use of deceit".
Mauck was arrested Wednesday in the 1200 block of Linden Street.
