Dubuque County, Iowa - Three siblings are recovering after the golf cart they were in tipped on Silver Oaks Ct.
A 10 year old girl was driving the cart. On board were here 9 and 5 year old siblings. The Dubuque County Sheriff's office says the girl was driving around the neighborhood when the incident happened.
The younger children were thrown from the cart. The 10 year old driver was pinned under it until neighbors rushed to help. The children were taken to a hospital to be checked out as they suffered minor injuries.
Officials are not sure if the children were supervised.
