MOLINE, Illinois - The City Administrator of Moline has resigned after five months on the job.
Lisa Kotter thanked the city for the opportunity but stated she is resigning for personal reasons.
The City Board will discuss her resignation at their regular Council Meeting on Tuesday. They can either approve or deny the request.
