ROCK ISLAND, Illinois - Someone is on a graffiti crime spree in Rock Island. There have been 30 reports of damage throughout the community. This has caused thousands of dollars in damage. KWQC TV 6 reports the Rock Island Police Department believes there have been similar cases in Davenport.
The suspects are spraying the word "orbit" on buildings.
