BURLINGTON, Iowa - An arrest has been made in the shooting death of 36 year old Tito Kingsby of Burlington on Sunday.
Burlington Police arrested 19 year old Moshun Dee Reed of Louisiana Monday. Reed was booked on first degree murder charges.
KWQC TV6 reports that Kingsby was shot in the 1200 block of Stowe Street. Police are not yet saying what led to the shooting.
