ROCK FALLS, Illinois - 63 year old Michael Lancaster of Rock Falls, Illinois is charged with an additional count of criminal sexual assault. He was arrested Wednesday, October 30th by the Illinois State Police. KWQC TV6 reports that followed an investigation conducted by the ISP Division of Criminal Investigation after an alleged victim stated she had hired Lancaster as her attorney. She claims that she was sexually assaulted while at an appointment at Lancaster's Sterling, Illinois law office.
He turned himself in to the local jail.
Records show that Lancaster was first booked on Thursday, October 10th with criminal sexual assault. At that time his bond was set at $150,000. That case is similar as the victim claims she was assaulted at a meeting with Lancaster at his office in Sterling.
Along with two sexual assault charges, Lancaster is also charged with one count of unlawful restraint.
