QUAD CITIES - Tug boat workers are credited for saving four workers who fell into the cold water of the Mississippi River when their boat capsized.
Bettendorf Fire and Rescue tell KWQC TV6 that the four that were rescued were underwater welders.
The workers were not hurt and the tug boat crew are being credited for their quick response.
