The Russian leader today awarded medals to the families of 5 scientists who died testing a nuclear powered weapon called the Burevestnik. The weapon has unlimited range and can dodge around defensive positions. It exploded during a test, scattering radiation over several square miles.
The United States is not researching anything like this. We are spending money on investigations.
