Clinton County Emergency Management has announced a mobile resource center has been opened to help residents recover from the storm damage.
The resource center is located in Clinton Park across from the Central Fire Station. It's open Friday from 8 a-m until 8:30 p.m.
The center will offer electrical power and portable power for medical equipment as well as limited amounts of ice for medical and perishable needs.
People in need of ice should bring their own bag or cooler. Volunteers will also be available to take requests for assistance and refer residents to where to find assistance. Those with questions about resources may also call 2-1-1 for information any time of the day.
