Two people ended up in handcuffs after a police chase and crash in Davenport. Police say they started chasing a stolen car with two wanted people inside late Wednesday afternoon.
The chase lasted several minutes and ended when the driver crashed in a construction area near 53rd Street and Tremont Avenue. Police say that caused the damaged car to become disabled.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash and the driver and passenger refused medical attention.
