(Davenport, IA) -- One person is injured in a Thursday night shooting in Davenport.
Davenport Police say just before 9:00 Thursday night, officers were called to the 1400 block of Gaines Street for a report of shots being fired. Investigators say once on the scene, officers were told that a shooting victim had been taken to the hospital by private vehicle.
Police say the victim, who is only being identified at this time as an adult male, is expected to recover.
