(Rock Island County, IL) -- The Rock Island County Sheriff's Department is looking for a man accused of criminal damage to property and aggravated battery.
The suspect is 34-year-old John Holmes Jr.
He stands 5'11" , weighs 165 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
