(Indianola, IA) -- A lieutenant with the Indianola Police Department has been charged with stalking a woman.
42-year-old Justin Keller was placed on unpaid administrative leave after being accused of continuously contacting and driving past the house of the victim. Keller was arrested on Monday near the house of the victim after neighbors saw him walking around her home. The woman previously had a no-contact order against Keller, which was lifted last month.
