A suspect has been identified in connection to the disappearance and death of 11-year-old Trudy Appleby in Moline.
Jamison Fisher was indicted by a Henry County grand jury in Appleby's death.
He was already in custody in the Scott County, Iowa jail on unrelated charges.
Appleby went missing on August 21st, 1996. Her remains have still not been found.
