(Henry County, IL) -- A court date has been set for the man prosecutors say strangled 11 year-old Trudy Appleby.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for 50 year-old Jamison Fisher of East Moline on Thursday of next week.
A Henry County grand jury indicted Fisher on charges of first-degree murder and concealment of a homicide.
Around 100 people turned out for a vigil marking the 29th anniversary of the disappearance of Trudy Appleby last night in Moline.
