(Mercer County, IL) -- A preliminary hearing for three Mercer County School Board employees accused of illegally accessing student health information takes place today.
Prosecutors say Superintendent Timothy Farquer and district employees Andrea Long and Amberly Norton copied and distributed student vaccination records to an outside party without authorization.
Farquer is currently on administrative leave.
Long and Norton remain employed with the School District.
