Moline Council To Vote On $1.2M Tax Relief For Dispatch Building Apartments

(Moline, IL) -- Moline City Council will vote soon on a development deal to turn a downtown building into housing.

A developer plans to convert the former Moline Dispatch building on 5th Avenue at 18th Street into 40-apartments.

If approved, the agreement will provide the developer with $1.2-million in property tax relief for the project.
