(Mercer County, IL) -- A school superintendent is pleading not guilty to illegally accessing student medical records.
Timothy Farquer was in court Friday accused of sharing vaccine data on students at Mercer County High School with unauthorized people.
Two sisters employed by the Board who are also charged in the case have also entered not guilty pleas.
All three will be back in court in mid-January.
