(Davenport, IA) -- Iowa Quad Cities leaders are pushing back on state plans to cap property tax increases at 2-percent.

The Iowa House, Senate, and Governor's office have all introduced bills to limit property tax increases in the state.

Leaders in Davenport and Bettendorf say a cap would not allow them to keep pace with escalating bills to provide services to residents.
