(Galena, IL) -- Police have not yet released the name of a child who drowned in a pool at a resort in Galena on the weekend.
Investigators say a youth was swimming in the pool at the Chestnut Mountain Resort Friday when they lost consciousness.
Another child removed the victim from the pool before emergency personnel arrived.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
