(Rock Island, IL) -- Rock Island's Hilltop neighborhood could see some new development soon.
The city is working with the Augustana Hilltop Community Development Corporation on a multi-use building on the southeast corner of 14th Avenue and 30th Street, beside Top Shape Gym.
The building will include retail space on the ground floor with apartments above.
The group hopes to break ground this summer.
