(Davenport, IA) -- Walcott has a new city council member and three QCA school districts will have the money they need for facilities and equipment.
Voters elected Joseph Quick to Walcott City Council during yesterday's special election.
Davenport, North Scott, and PV school district voters approved each board's Physical Plant and Equipment Levy.
