(Davenport, IA) -- Palmer College is planning a major expansion.
The chiropractic learning center presented plans to Davenport City Council last night.
They include a new indoor-outdoor gathering space called Palmer Forum north of the Bechtel Center, and new student dorms on an empty lot east of Main Street.
Final plans for the campus will have to be approved by the city of Davenport.
