(Henry County, IL) -- A woman court documents say is the girlfriend of Jamison Fisher, the man accused of killing Trudy Appleby thirty years ago, is waiving her right to a preliminary hearing on drug charges.

Prosecutors in the Appleby case say Destiny Hopwood of Milan will testify that Fisher said he knew where Appleby's body was, and that she should claim to be Appleby if he was ever charged with the crime.

Fisher faces three murder charges in connection with the disappearance of the 11 year-old girl from Moline in 1996.
