(Henry County, IL) -- Prosecutors in the Trudy Appleby case are asking a judge to ignore motions filed by suspect Jamison Fisher and hold him in contempt.

The Henry County Attorney says Fisher already has legal representation, so motions he's self-filed should be invalid.

So far, motions filed by Fisher have asked for proof a crime was actually committed, a judge's recusal, and a second shot at a polygraph test.

Fisher is facing three first-degree murder charges, accused of kidnapping 11 year-old Appleby from her Moline home in 1996 and killing her.
