(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport drivers have three more intersections where they'll want to avoid trying to beat a red-light.

The city has turned on new red-light cameras at Brady and Veteran's Memorial Parkway; Kimberly and Welcome Way; and 53rd and Elmore.

That brings the total number of red-light cameras in Davenport to eight.

After a 30-day trial period, drivers caught in the intersection by the new cameras when the light turns red will receive $100 fines in the mail.
