(Iowa City, IA) -- Several local groups will hold a vigil Monday for the victims of Sunday morning's shooting at the Ped Mall in Iowa City.
The event will begin at 6pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, and once attendees gather, they will walk to the Ped Mall. The event is a collaboration among multiple local religious organizations and Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
The shooting early Sunday morning at the Ped Mall left five people injured, three of which are students at the University of Iowa. One remains in critical conditions, and four are in stable condition.
