(Moline IL) -- Deere & Company has lost a patent-infringement appeal.
The agricultural equipment manufacturer sued AGCO in 2022 over their Precision Planting SpeedTube product, claiming that it infringed on a Deere owned patent for their ExactEmerge product.
A Delaware jury thought otherwise three years ago, denying Deere's claim.
Deere lost their appeal of the jury verdict in Federal Circuit Court on Friday.
