Back in the last century it was regarded as fine and dandy to ridicule the veteran for serving. Thought that was over. Then came Saturday night on NBC. A veteran who lost an eye in combat was held up to ridicule as a hit man.
The planned "joke" was approved by management. This is simply disgraceful.
