December 17th will be the last day of business at Rock Island Brewing Company.
Owner Terry Tilka is retiring.
Mayor Mike Thoms says Tilka and RIBCO have been instrumental in the development and success of The District.
The city will work to promote the sale of the building to potential buyers.
