(Rock Island, IL) -- Detention hearings will be held today for two suspects in the Rock Island Livestock Auction Barn arson case.
Because of a new Illinois law that eliminated bail in nearly all cases, the Rock Island State's Attorney will have to convince a judge to keep William Kosgard and Kadon Svec in jail until trial.
On Friday a judge denied release for a third suspect, Matthew Wooddell.
