(Moline, IL) -- Moline residents now have an online method for reporting minor offenses and non-emergency crimes.
After a few months of testing, the Moline Police Department is launching the Desk Officer Reporting System.
Incidents that aren't emergencies can now be reported on the city of Moline website.
Emergencies should still be reported to 911.
