(Moline, IL) -- A man is facing murder charges in connection with a double fatal shooting in Moline.
Police say Israel Martinez is involved in the deaths of 17-year-old Giovanni Flores and 19-year-old Zachary Meincke.
The shooting happened May 5th at a home on 31st Street.
Prosecutors say the homicides are related to a noise complaint they received about a large house party the night of the shooting.
