(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport Junior Theatre has found a new home. Organizers say the former Younkers store at Northpark Mall in Davenport will provide enough space to replace their facilities at the Annie Wittenmyer complex that the city is selling for housing development.

Daniel Sheridan with Davenport Junior Theatre tells WQAD News 8 that the old Younkers store will be an interim home for three to five years while a permanent facility is built.

The move to Northpark is planned for May of next year.
